The NBA is suspending the season until further notice, the league announced Wednesday night. This comes after a Utah Jazz player tested positive for COVID-19, also known as coronavirus.

The Ohio Department of Health confirmed coronavirus has spread to Stark County with a positive testing of a person here. The confirmation came Wednesday afternoon from the Canton Department of Health. The patient is at Mercy Medical Center.

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WJW)– Three people in Ohio have tested positive for coronavirus, Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine said on Monday.

He also declared a state of emergency.

“Notification to the individuals who have tested positive is in progress. We will release more information once notification occurs,” DeWine said.

There are eight people under investigation for the virus, the Ohio Department of Health said. Eleven people have tested negative.
