And of course, she had the best—and most relatable—reaction. Starstruck, the 16-year-old's eyes lit up and lost her train of thought.

NORTH CANTON, Ohio — As we get closer to summer, many Northeast Ohio colleges and universities are thinking about fall and the hopeful return of students to campuses.

Exactly what that will look like in the age of the coronavirus isn't clear, but Walsh University intends to offer a full residential life experience that will include both in-person and online course offerings.

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine said officials will do “whatever we have to do” to enforce social distancing and other protective measures if bars and restaurants fail to restrain crowds as the state eases coronavirus measures.

Day care facilities were able to apply for a temporary pandemic childcare license that came with the following restrictions:

There should be no more than six children in a class.
Ratios must be kept at one teacher to no more than six children.
Children whose parents are employed by the same entity should be kept together whenever possible.
The same teachers and children in each room should be maintained whenever possible.
There should be limited use of shared space or mixing of groups.
If shared space is used, a rigorous cleaning schedule must be in place.

While there’s still no cure for coronavirus, a new antiviral drug has arrived in Ohio.

The state received 20 cases of remdesivir, which is aimed to help shorten the duration of the virus. The Ohio Department of Health reports about 100 coronavirus patients will receive the drug. The amount of medicine distributed to each state was determined based on the number of patients on ventilators.
The decision comes from groups of clinical leaders across the country.
