Ohio unemployment site back up and running after technical issues Sunday

The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services announced that the unemployment website is back up and running after an unexpected technical issue on Sunday.

The website has seen an extremely high number of people trying to access and apply for unemployment since Governor DeWine closed down all non-essential businesses and signed an executive order extending who is eligible for unemployment.

Get My Payment’: IRS launches tool for taxpayers to track economic stimulus payments

The Internal Revenue Service started sending out stimulus payments this week — but while 80 million people can expect the money to hit their bank accounts by Wednesday, others will be waiting longer before the cash is in their hands.

Now, they have a tool to check on the status of their payments.

Wednesday, the IRS launched an online tool, Get My Payment, which will allow taxpayers to essentially track their stimulus payments.
