Alison Ettel aka #PermitPatty, as the internet deemed her, got a lot of flack for calling the police on an 8 year-old child. The kid in question was the daughter of Erin Austin who posted a video of the entire situation. Her daughter sold water bottles outside of their San Francisco home before Ettel accused the young black girl of illegal activity.
