A student at Oakwood Middle School in Stark County’s Plain Township was arrested on Monday for bringing a gun into the building.

According to Captain Ryan Carver of the Stark County Sheriff’s Office, the boy brought a 9mm handgun inside the school. He showed it to a few students, who then reported the presence of the gun to Oakwood school staff members.
