The Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services is asking employers to tell them if an employee refuses to return to work as the state works on reopening.
ODJFS said they expanded unemployment benefits due to the stay-at-home orders and social distancing restrictions.
As employers begin reopening their doors, ODJFS said many employees are expected to return to their previous employment.
