Discovery Channel has released the official schedule for Shark Week, encompassing 20 hours of shark-tastic programming from July 28th to August 4th. In addition to the usual documentary-style shows, Discovery is also rolling out a scripted, feature-length film for the first time ever. Starring Josh Duhamel, Capsized: Blood In The Water tells the true story of an October 1982 shark encounter in which the crew of a capsized yacht must survive for days while being targeted by a group of tiger sharks. After each day’s Shark Week specials, Rob Riggle will host Shark After Dark, the week’s nightly talk show. Riggle will also star in Shark Trip: Eat. Pray. Chum alongside his friends Adam DeVine (Pitch Perfect), Anthony Anderson (black-ish), Joel McHale (Community) and Damon Wayans Jr. (New Girl). Original programming wraps up August 3rd, with reruns of the week’s best content featured on August 4th.
