With winter approaching, all of our local animal rescues are scrambling to get enough towels and blankets for the animals in their care. During the months of October and November, Canton Ballet is spearheading a drive to collect new and used but clean towels and blankets in any condition. Small holes and discolorations are fine.
Clean towels and blankets may be dropped off at:
-Canton Ballet, 1001 Market Avenue North, Canton 44702 on the Cleveland Avenue side of the building; M-Th 10am-7:30 pm, Sat 10-1pm.
– Canton Museum of Art in the same building but on the Market Avenue side; Tu-TH 10am-8pm, F-Sat 10 am-5 pm or Sun 1pm-5pm
– Canton Palace Theatre at 605 Market Avenue N., Canton 44702; during events
– The Animal Attic, 3124 Ninth St SW, Canton 44710; Tu-Th 10am-4 pm and Sat 10am-1 pm.
– North Canton Public Library, 185 North Main Street, North Canton, OH 44720; M-Th 10 am-8 pm, F 10 am-6 pm, Sat 9 am-to 5 pm, Sun 1 pm-5 pm
