After a series of cryptic Instagrams that had many fans wondering what’s going on with the 34-year-old, a source close to the the family is speaking out about the different stresses in her life — namely raising 6-month-old True and lingering doubts regarding 27-year-old boyfriend Tristan Thompson’s cheating scandal.

While filming Keeping Up with the Kardashians in Palm Springs over the past few days, “Khloé has seemed emotional,” a source tells PEOPLE. “Her feelings about Tristan cheating is something that she is still dealing with. She has good weeks when she is fine about it and weeks when she is upset about it.”

Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino will have to pursue his gym, tan, laundry lifestyle from behind bars after a federal judge in Newark sentenced him to eight months in prison for violating tax laws.

The "Jersey Shore" star pleaded guilty earlier this year to tax evasion. His brother, Marc Sorrentino, 39, pleaded guilty to preparing a false tax return. Marc Sorrentino was sentenced to two years in prison.

“The law requires all Americans to pay our fair share of taxes,” said Craig Carpenito, U.S. attorney for the District of New Jersey. “These defendants deliberately flouted this requirement, acting as though fame and celebrity status placed them above the law. They are not.”

Taylor Swift will open the 2018 American Music Awards. The singer made the announcement Tuesday (Oct. 2) on ABC's Good Morning America. This is her first awards show performance in nearly three years.

Sources familiar with the case tell TMZ, Cardi will be charged for allegedly ordering an attack on 2 bartenders at Angels Strip Club in Queens NY. The 2 bartender sisters -- Jade and Baddie Gi -- say Cardi had a long-standing beef with Jade because Cardi believed she had slept with Offset.

Cardi -- who was at the Strip Club because Migos was performing -- came face-to-face with the 2 bartenders and allegedly told her posse to attack them with bottles, chairs and a hookah smoking device. The 2 women were both hurt, but refused medical attention

Jenni "JWoww" Farley has filed for divorce from husband Roger Mathews, multiple outlets report.

The Jersey Shore star initiated divorce proceedings two weeks ago in Ocean County, New Jersey, citing "irreconcilable differences." She also claimed her relationship with Roger has been on the rocks in the six months leading up to their split.

A high school football team in Akron got a big surprise from an unlikely source.

Last Saturday, during a football game between Massillon and Firestone, some players for the Falcons were seen playing the game in duct-taped cleats and tennis shoes.

Tiger players noticed and told their parents after the game. One of the Massillon moms posted about the game and how Firestone players needed cleats.

Entertainer Bill Cosby, once known as "America's Dad," was sentenced Tuesday to three to 10 years in a state prison for drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand at his home 14 years ago.

Britney Spears and her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, have a new child support plan in place.

According to a source close to the negotiations, Spears has agreed to pay Federline thousands of more dollars a month in child support. The pop star had previously been paying Federline $20,000 a month, and the source claims she will now pay him nearly double that amount.

Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, finalized the deal with Spears’ legal team on Friday, according to the source.

Whether you believe that celebrity beef is real or manufactured, you have to respect its history. Typically, musicians in the same genre will take jabs each other, but in the '70's John Lennon and Paul McCartney of Beatles fame went hard at each other. The legendary Beatles had split and each were releasing solo albums to build their own careers. McCartney was the first to initiate the beef by not crediting fellow Beatles on his album Ram and adding disses on a couple tracks. Lennon wasn't one to back down so he returned fire with a diss track entitled How Do You Sleep? It was dedicated to tearing down McCartney and to make matters worse, George Harrison is on the track.
