Ohio to Allow Proms, Banquets, Weddings, Fairs, Festivals, and Parades

The state will allow proms, banquets, weddings, fairs, festivals, and parades this spring, though masks and distancing rules will be required, Gov. Mike DeWine said, previewing an announcement that will come next week.
