The Grammy-winning producer, known for smash hits including Justin Timberlake’s Sexy Back and Missy Elliott’s Get Ur Freak On, has launched a lawsuit that includes claims for breach of fiduciary duty, fraudulent concealment, breach of contract and civil theft.
