Exhibit #2 WDJQ/WDPN Radio is committed to equal employment outreach. On April 29, 2009 the stations sent two staff members to the Ohio Center for Broadcasting Job Fair. Through the Job Fair, the station was able to secure two interns to participate in a variety of station functions. We are currently in the process of determining the best course of action to take to achieve the EEO requirements mandated by the FCC in a timely fashion. One of the biggest obstacles is the unusually low turnover at the radio stations. In the past two years, we have only “posted” three openings. The first was a News Reporter position. The second was a Chief Engineer position. The third was another News Reporter position replacing the position posted a year earlier. Through each posting, we were able to hire qualified candidates for each position. We also regularly train and work with interns. We have had at least two interns each quarter for the reporting period. These interns are recruited through various methods. We work primarily through University of Mount Union, Kent State main campus, Kent State Stark campus and the Ohio Center of Broadcasting. Through our internship program, we hired an intern that worked with our morning show on WDJQ and is currently a producer working about 25 hours a week. The station also participated in the 2009 and 2010 OAB sponsored Management seminar held in July in Columbus, Ohio. We have had a great deal of success finding qualified candidates in each of the positions offered due to consolidation within the radio industry and the related downsizing of radio station employees. While many radio station groups nationwide and even in the local Canton, OH radio market have laid off significant numbers of employees, we (WDJQ/WDPN Radio) have maintained and actually increased the number of total employees over the past two years. It is my personal belief that although we at the station have benefited from this deep pool of talent that has become available, the industry has gone too far in terms of the shortage of the number of local station owners leading to these high lay-off numbers.
